What’s red, white and full of gorgeous design photos and ideas all over? Why the
Swiss Miss blog, of course. Combining the modern and simple sensibilities of Swiss design and the hip, fresh and graphic nature of New York City, blogger Tina Roth Eisenburg’s blog is a stunning inspiration.

Born in a town called Speicher, Switzerland, Eisenburg had the fortune of being reared and brought up in amazing European design centers. She completed studies in design in the cities of Munich and Geneva (both fabulous hubs of design) and then in 1999 made her way to New York City. There, she began her career as designer working at well-known NYC design firms, such as the popular Thinkmap. Impressed yet? There’s more. While at Thinkmap she was responsible in helping create the Visual Thesaurus, the perfect marriage between words and visuals. Striking off on her own after years of important work with firms, Eisenburg has her own studio now, and runs her very popular blog, Swiss Miss.

We love the hip, fresh and graphic quality to all the things that Eisenburg finds for her blog. Whether she’s sharing an amazing graphic design or a cutting edge home décor accessory, we’re hooked! And the design of the blog itself is clean, minimal and extraordinarily organized. You can filter her posts by not just a few general search terms, but by nearly sixty specific filters. You can just browse casually through Swiss Miss for hours, or you can get right down to business and choose the filters that fit your exact search needs.

Claiming to be a “firm believer in white space and clean, elegant design,” it’s clear that Eisenburg excels in sharing ideas and inspiring a slew of minimalist wannabes. Whatever you’re looking for, you’re going to want to make a stopover on Swiss Miss to stock up on ideas first. Updating nearly every day, Eisenburg is sure to be a star in the design world for some time to come, so visit
